PITAA has an established Secretariat in Suva, Fiji to manage its operations. The Secretariat pursues the coordination and implementation of the PITAA Heads Meeting and the Executive Committee decisions, in addition to facilitating capacity development programmes for members.
PITAA is therefore seeking to recruit a dynamic, suitably qualified, and experienced Fiji resident for the Communication & IT Officer position.
The Communication & IT Officer will deliver the following accountabilities:
- Manage and Maintain PITAA Communication and Publications.
- Manage and Maintain all PITAA Secretariat ICT related matters.
- Data analytics.
- ICT Asset Management.
The preferred candidate must possess the following qualities:
- at least a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, and Information Technology.
- Proven performance in similar role with 3-5years experience being an advantage.
- High proficiency in English- written and verbal.
- Highly disciplined and well- organized.
- Ability to multi-task and meet challenging deadlines.
- Team player
- Self-directed and works well under minimum supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License.
PITAA’s working language is English.
